On December 25, 2006, Ryan Waller was ambushed and shot inside his own home. According to the tale, he was chilling out at home with his partner Heather M. Quan as they got ready for a pre-Christmas dinner with his father. He went to see who it was who had knocked on their door. After two days of trying, his father was unable to reach him on the phone. As a result, he called the police, who responded by breaking into his home. The police entered and were met with a bloody sight. Ryan Waller had suffered serious injuries.
